   A non-refundable research fee is required to begin planning your trip. This fee covers the time and effort dedicated to creating your customized itinerary. Please note that this fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. Booking and Payments

   • Payments for your vacation package (excluding the research fee) are made directly to the travel vendors.

   • Travel Back 2 Back does not store or require bank account details; we act as your intermediary for securing the best deals with vendors.

   • Prices and availability are subject to change until full payment is made.

4. Cancellation and Changes

   • Any cancellations or changes to your trip are subject to the terms and conditions of the travel vendors.

   • Travel Back 2 Back will assist you in navigating changes but is not liable for vendor-specific policies or penalties.

5. Liability
   Travel Back 2 Back acts as a travel advisor, connecting you with vendors and services. We are not responsible for the performance, quality, or availability of services provided by third parties, including airlines, hotels, or tour operators.

6. Privacy
   Your privacy is important to us. Information collected during the booking process will be securely stored and discarded 15 days after your trip concludes.
